Our team works in a large converted house under natural daylight, are paid above the minimum wage and have benefits normally associated with the developed-world.
We have a soccer team that plays in tournaments, and have parties to celebrate birthdays and any other excuse we can find to play.
Tread production supports local economies whilst our facility trains and gives work to people who have been displaced by Colombia’s internal conflict.
